Giftwrapped Two-piece w/ Festive Lights for Deira base

Two-piece giftwrap style outfit, weightpainted and fitted for the Deira basic base (not fitted to Neo just yet). Add seasonal flair with the Festive Lights 2023 holiday update!

-Added easy installation using VRCFury! Ensure you have VRCFury installed in your project before hand, and simply drag-and-drop the package onto your avatar in the hierarchy.

-Adjusted some weight painting in the groin.
